Looking at limited resources at hand, the firm had set up the Dall Mill and Besan Plant, primarily based on accumulated experience of the Family members / Partners. During the last decade the Food Processing sector has undergone many regulatory changes including the latest Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 laying down updated, current Good Manufacturing Practices to scientific based standards to regulate manufacturing, processing, distribution and sale of food products for human consumption. The continuing success of the firm had been due to its timely delivery of quality products. Thanks to the current lifestyle standards and diversed taste, packing and inventory requirement of customers had been putting constant pressure on improved and enhanced logistics and effective transportation systems. The existing operations at Kapsi had been exposed to heavy space constraints for effective business – that has made the partners to look for a more spacious facility for expansion and relocation
Added to the above, the existing unit being located adjacent to the National Highway No # 6 (popularly known as Nagpur - Bhandara Road), the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has advised the partners for shifting of the existing unit to a new location due to widening of road to four-lane and also upcoming flyover project. Therefore, under the circumstances it is proposed to revamp the existing facility and set up a new Dall Mill plant with enhanced capacity utilizing new European Technology from Buhler India , incorporating highest possible level of automation – that will eventually prevent if not eliminate human interface on quality of finished goods thereafter. However the existing Besan Manufacturing plant which involves selective in house Bio process, will be relocated with major modifications in material handling and relayouting/ automation The firm is getting shifted to Kh. No.3/4 & 4/2, P. H. No.24, admeasuring 16700 Sqm area including around 5000 sqm of open space and parking facility at Mouza – Kadholi, Tah - Kamptee, Dt – Nagpur
